A high-performance sensor coupled to a powerful, lightweight pump achieves reliable sensitivity to 0.3 micron at a full one cfm sample flow rate. This patented configuration allows performance that meets the Japanese Industrial Standard for particle counting—in a battery-powered instrument that includes features, such as a built-in printer, found in much larger tabletop models—all in a rugged package that weighs twenty pounds.

All operational features are accessed from a simple, well-organized front panel. Both the Portable 320A and Portable 320B support RS232 and RS485 serial communications for downloading data to a computer running our Universal Utility Software.

Both units will operate for three hours on a fully charged battery, and also operate on standard AC power. Their lightweight, small size, portability, and large 2,000 record buffer capacity make them easy-to-use particle counting tools for all tasks from spot-checking to complete cleanroom certification.
