Introducing the world’s smallest particle counter with true 0.10 micron sensitivity! In the past if you wanted six size channels and 0.1µm sensitivity, you had to contend with a large, heavy counter. Now, with a breakthrough in design, Met One gives you battery-operated portability, up to six size channels, and 0.1µm sensitivity—all in one compact instrument!
The Model 237H displays count data on the front-panel as total number of particles (cumulative count) or the particles in each size range (differential count). Four counting modes provide quick answers to measurements questions. The manual mode completes one count cycle then turns the air pump off to prolong battery life. Auto mode repeats the count cycle for the number of cycles programmed to allow unattended monitoring. Concentration mode gives a quick estimate (within seconds) of the particle concentration. Beep mode provides one beep after the count exceeds a selected limit, which is handy for isolating sources of particle contamination such as leaks in filter banks.
The Model G237H can be used to count airborne particles in process gases such as argon and nitrogen.
