Model 1101 Remote CNC Airborne Particle Counters
Superior
sensitivity (10 nm and larger) The MODEL CNC 1101 Remote Condensation Nucleus Counter is a point-monitoring system that measures airborne particles in air, nitrogen, argon, and helium. The remote CNC counts particles from 10 to 500 nanometers at a nominal flow rate of 0.1 cfm. The CNC 1101 is intended for use with most Facility Monitoring Systems (FMS) to provide unattended, continuous monitoring of ultra-clean environments or process gas distribution points. The low cost-per-point at 10 nm or 20 nm sensitivity makes the remote CNC a valuable addition to your contamination control instrumentation. Standard output is RS-485 serial data; options for data output are the analog format (4 to 20 ma) and pulse format ("CEMS"). Addition of the auxiliary filling bottle will provide at least 30 days of fluid capacity. The CNC 1101 Remote will automatically refill its internal reservoir from the auxiliary bottle or a fluid distribution system. With continuous monitoring, you can maintain a constant evaluation of your environment, relate particle events to process steps and develop corrective action that will improve your product quality.
